  • Call for abstracts for oral communication is extended up to January 15, 2026.
  • Call for abstracts for posters only will close on April 1, 2026.

Please download and use the template below for preparation of your one-page Abstract (for oral and poster).

In order to submit your Abstract, you will need to login to Academic Cloud.

Please, follow the link for Abstract submission.

Then, click on “Submit new abstract” and follow the instructions on the screen to get your Academic ID.

Be aware that once you got your Academic ID, you will need to go back to the abstract submission link.
