The EMSF 2026 is now approaching! We are pleased to provide you with some practical information as follows:<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Poster information \u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The size for the poster is A0 format, width x height (in mm): 841 mm x 1189 mm (or 33\u201d x 46.81\u201d). The posters can be hung during the opening ceremony, starting from 5 p.m on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>

Keynote lectures: 25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion \u00a0<\/p>

Lectures: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion \u00a0<\/p>

To avoid unnecessary delays in the programme, we kindly ask\u00a0all speakers<\/b>\u00a0(except plenary speakers)\u00a0to upload or transfer<\/b>\u00a0their presentation files to the organizers at the desk\u00a0no later than the evening before their lecture<\/b>.<\/p>
